High-quality Real Estate Meets Simple Design
The website, previously implemented by a freelancer, did not meet the customer’s wishes. Kybernetik Services took on the task of further developing the website based on a WordPress theme from WPCasa.
The goal was to present the mostly high-priced properties in such a way that they could show their effect on the website. Overloaded animations and design elements were not wanted, so they would not distract from the real estates. The WPCasa theme provided the framework and we, from Kybernetik Services, enhanced it with the simple design and the required elements.
Optimisation Down To The Smallest Bit And Byte
The design and images are only made for users. Search engines evaluate the website differently. Both the loading time and the technical data structure are important parameters for the positioning of the website in the search results. Therefore, another requirement was to optimise the website so that it creates the best technical conditions to achieve the best ranking.
Before we adjusted the page, it received a rating of 36 on the Page Speed Insight tool. The colour red alone shows that this cannot be satisfactory.
After the technical review by Kybernetik Services, Page Speed Insight rated the website with the maximum value of 100. It doesn’t get any better than that. These are the ideal conditions for the search engine to optimally index the website and display it in the search results.
Search Engine Optimisation
The new website was technically and visually optimised so that the Perfect Homes Mallorca team saw all wishes perfectly implemented. Subsequently, the content of the site was also optimised for search engines.
Search engine optimisation and technical maintenance is an ongoing process. Therefore, even after the website has been launched, there is still a close cooperation with Perfect Homes Mallorca. We are happy to continue to support the team in their plans to sell real estate in Mallorca.
